Currently we are converting a 400 unit apartment building from Con Edison steam to Natural Gas. We're also replacing #4 oil steam boilers in a 225 unit residential building with a new ultra high efficiency natural gas fired hot water boiler plant and replacing tank and coil hot water heaters with new high efficiency semi instantaneous steam heaters. We're also working on a water efficiency project for a 4,000 unit Co-Op.
